HCG Diet Menu

HCG Diet has a strict plan on imposing the 500 – calorie consumption per day. It may a little confusing on choosing which and what foods to eat on the HCG diet food list – breakfast, lunch, and dinner - during the day. Maybe you need to make an HCG diet menu that you will have an everyday list of foods to eat or cook.

Creating a wise HCG diet menu is your key to a successful HCG weight loss.

 

Monday (Loading Phase)

 

You should know that the first two days of HCG diet is the loading phase. The loading phase means you should “load” yourself with high calorie foods. The number of calories will not be restricted as long as you load you self properly.  Choose your favorite meal, pizzas, sodas, burgers, etc. This is actually an important part of the diet that it is very advisable one must not take for granted.

Tuesday (Loading Phase) – Same as Monday

 

Wednesday (Maintenance Phase)

Breakfast: Tea or coffee (no sugar) (stevia may be used)

Lunch:   Fresh white fish

Beet- greens

Apple

Dinner: Lobster

Cabbage

Thursday

Breakfast: Tea or coffee (no sugar) (stevia may be added)

Lunch:   Chicken breast

Dinner: Melba toast

Cucumber

Orange

 

Friday

 

Breakfast: Tea or coffee (no sugar) (stevia may be added)

Lunch:   Shrimp

Spinach

Bread Sticks

Dinner: Beef

Apple

Red Radishes

Saturday

 

Breakfast: Tea or coffee (no sugar) (stevia may be added)

Lunch:   Orange

White fish

Celery

Dinner: Breadstick

Veal

Tomatoes

 

Sunday

 

Breakfast: Tea or coffee (no sugar) (stevia may be added)

Lunch:   Crab

Apple

Onions

Dinner: Beef

Melba toast

The HCH diet menu plan should only include foods that are on the HCG food list or the allowed food to eat list during HCG diet. Here are some helpful tips you may need.

 

 

  • Chop onions and garlic in advance and keep refrigerate.
  • Fresh herbs and spices should be chopped and freeze with water in ice cube trays.
  • Weighed raw the meat, chicken, and fish after taking all visible fats. Only 100 grams is allowed per day.
  • Mix teas and brew coffees. Mix teas such as green tea or mint. Brew coffee and serve it with ice and stevia if you want.
  • Small amounts of garlic and onion can be used for a slight thickening agent for sauces and dressings.
  • You can take two fruits a day but in separate meal.
  • Store soups and stew for quick meal.
  • Always read food labels to know the amount of calorie of the food.
  • Look for food with labels like whole grain, whole foods, wild oats, etc.
  • You can make your own hamburger with only the 100 gram meat.
  • Include healthy fats like olive oil.
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Lastly, weigh yourself daily.
